Welcome to Voice For HOPE

Created with Fabric.js 5.2.4

The vision for Voice for HOPE (Healers of Planet Earth), became focused in the spring of 2010 when a group of energy healers and policy activists came together around the belief that the time has come for healers everywhere to unite to transcend the political dialogue, and transform the policies that limit individual and social well-being and health.

For the following decade, HOPE played a significant role in advancing and protecting complimentary and alternative health modalities during the 2009 Health Care Reform Act and its implementation, helping legislators understand these practices as an integral and essential part of our health care solutions.

Voice for HOPE worked to make these “natural” approaches to health an explicit and valued part of national health policy by tapping into the energy of the nearly one hundred organized “natural” health modalities currently being used by an estimated 200 million Americans and making their voices heard in the public and political healthcare dialogue.

In 2020, with the advent of the “psychedelic renaissance”, and the complex issues of colonialism and appropriation arising within this context Voice for Hope has shifted its mission to include indigenous healing sciences and plant medicines within the framework of CAM and broader healthcare practice, access and research.

Through our Ancestral Wisdoms Council and Archive our renewed focus in this arena is to highlight, preserve, protect and support indigenous communities and healers while creating a river of reciprocity for the wisdoms they have held for thousands of years, and are now generously sharing with the western world- in a way that is uplifting and inclusive. Recognizing that our sense of connection and spiritual well being is as important as our physical health and has the capacity to help restore balance to our lives, our communities and the planet.
